We’ve all heard it again and again, do your pelvic floor exercises, but did you know kegel exercises could help strengthen vaginal and pelvic floor muscles? And using them can bring some extra benefits.
Ben Wa balls are marble sized balls that contain a weight. You insert them into the vagina and use your muscles to keep them in. They are used to tease you with subtle stimulation. Lube them up well before inserting; make sure they are up high enough but that you can comfortably pull them out with the string when you need to. The intensity of the balls will intensify with movement, reaching up, bending down, and giving you extra pleasures in your daily routines. Insert them before you go out so you feel aroused by the time you get back, keep them in while you use a vibrator on your clitoris. Not playing alone? Keep them in while the foreplay is happening; slip them out just before something else slips in.
The other use is to strengthen your pelvic floor; they come in different weights so if you haven’t used them we would advise using the smaller ones to get started.
For the exercises you hold for 5 seconds, relax for 5 seconds, repeating this 5 times in a row can count as one set of exercises, you can perform up to three sets of exercises a day.
