What delivery method will you use?
We will send your parcel via Royal Mail. 

Will it have your branding on the mail box?
No, all our delivery boxes are send in plain postal boxes. We take great care to ensure that your purchases are delivered quickly and safely. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us and with our discreet packaging you can shop in confidence. The return address printed on the label is just our P.O. Box.
We wrap each of your purchases individually with their prices removed. There’s absolutely no way of telling what’s inside the package, ensuring complete privacy.
 
What if I’m out when my order arrives?
If you're out when your package is delivered, your mail person will find a safe place to leave your parcel or will take it to the nearest Post Office. They will leave a card explaining how you can collect your parcel.
Orders will be held at your nearest Post Office for 10 working days before being returned to us. Don't forget to take the delivery notification (collection card, SMS, email) and some photo ID registered to your delivery address when you collect your order in person.
 
What if there is a problem with my item?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can send it back unopened and undamaged within 60 days for a full refund. If your product is faulty we’ll send you a pre paid postal bag to send it back to us and offer a refund or replacement.

 

What if my order doesn't arrive when I expect it to?
You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 working days overdue, please contact us.
 
How will the transaction show on my bank statement?
It will show up as A&PCo

Is your packaging eco friendly?
Yes, we use cardboard boxes that have a high percentage of recycled cardboard in them and biodegradable bubble wrap.
